- 1 scoop/Packet chocolate or vegan chocolate shakeology
- 1/4 cup coconut oil (melted)
- All natural peanut butter or almond butter
- Optional:almonds, sea salt, etc.
- Mix melted coconut oil and shakeology
- Pour into lined mini muffin pan (makes about 9)
- Drop in 1 tsp peanut butter (and any other things you want to add)
- Freeze for 10-15 minutes
- Take out and store in fridge.
**1 PB cup=2 tsp for all my 21day fixers.
