A FAST and HEALTHY version of a POPULR FAMILY DINNER! As a busy mom of TWIN TODDLERS I get super excited when I find a recipe I can add to the “Family Favorites” list. This Lasagna Recipe even had my HUBBY and TWINS saying “yummy”.

– brown 1 pound ground turkey with 1/2 cup spaghetti sauce.
-in a bowl mix together ~1/2 cup ricotta cheese and 1/2 cup parmesan and mozzerralla blend.
-mix together 1 jar spaghetti with sauce (remaining sauce), cheese, and turkey in sauce pan. *no sugar added low sodium spaghetti sauce if possible ( I find mine at sprouts)
-make zucchini boats: cut length wise and then using melon baller scoop out zucchini
-chop up the scooped out zucchini and add to sauce mixture (they won’t notice😉)
-spoon mixture into boats and bake at 400* for 20 minutes
*** instead of boats you can put on top of rice noodles, spaghetti squash, or noodles/veggies of choice. 😋
