Garlic Chicken

Here’s what I used:
3 organic chicken breasts
Fresh green beans and asparagus 

Small red potatos

Sauce/marinade 

1/4 c balsamic vinegar

2 garlic cloves minced 

2TBS raw natural honey

2TBS honey dijon mustard 

Whisk together sauce ingredients and marinade for at least 30 minutes (I did overnight) 

Place veggies and potatoes in bottom of 12X9 pan. Drizzle with olive oil and salt and pepper to taste. Take chicken out of marinade and place on top of veggies (I cut my breasts in half). Cover with foil and bake at 400* for 25-30 minutes!
